ERentals Exclusive ("ERentals," "we," "us") operates a luxury vacation rental booking platform at erentalsexclusive.com. We connect travelers ("you," "Guest") with independently owned and operated properties ("Properties") managed by their respective owners or property managers ("Owners"). By using our platform or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.

All bookings are subject to availability. When you submit a booking request or complete an instant booking, you authorize ERentals to charge your payment method via Stripe for the applicable deposit and balance amounts. A deposit (typically 50% of the total) is required to confirm your dates. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your check-in date unless otherwise specified in the listing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed on each listing page and in your booking confirmation. The cancellation policy applicable to your booking is the one shown at the time of booking. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. ERentals service fees are non-refundable except in cases where the property is unavailable or materially different from its listing description.

You agree to: treat the property with care and respect; comply with all house rules provided for the property; not exceed the maximum occupancy listed; not host events or gatherings beyond the booked guest count without advance approval from the Owner; report any damage or maintenance issues promptly; and vacate the property by the stated checkout time.

Some properties require a refundable security deposit collected before or at check-in. Security deposits are returned within 14 business days of checkout, minus any deductions for documented damage beyond normal wear and tear. Deductions are communicated to you with photographic evidence and itemized receipts before any amount is withheld.

ERentals operates as a booking platform connecting Guests with Owners. Properties are independently owned and managed. While we vet properties and require Owners to maintain accurate listings, ERentals does not own, manage, or control the properties and is not responsible for property conditions, maintenance, injuries, or disputes between Guests and Owners. Each Owner is required to maintain property insurance covering third-party guests. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all bookings.

If you experience an issue during your stay, contact our concierge team immediately via WhatsApp (+1 918 894 9177) or email (info@erentalsexclusive.com). We will work with you and the Owner to resolve the issue. If the property is materially different from its listing description and the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion. Any disputes not resolved through our concierge process shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

All content on erentalsexclusive.com, including text, images, design, and branding, is the property of ERentals Exclusive or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy practices. We share necessary booking details (name, email, phone, dates) with the Property Owner to facilitate your stay. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active bookings. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
